Established over 30 years ago, providing high quality tubs and container sealing products, for die cut lidding and reel fed lidding applications

We use Combi Heat Seal lacquers which seal to a wide range of tubs/containers such as PET, PS, PVC, PP and PAn structures. All of Alucap's die cut lids are available with standard or customised embossing on substrates including: aluminium, clear/white/metalised PET and other specialist barrier laminates.

Alucap has the latest UV Flexo printing presses (all interchangeable) with up to 9 colours capability, together with their state of the art punching machinery capable of punching over 200,000 pieces per hour with over 400 profiles and sizes.
