Substrates Available
A wide number of substrates available in various thicknesses; including Aluminium Foil, Plain Polyester, Metalized Polyester and specialist barrier laminates.
We use Combi lacquers that can be used on PET, PS, PVC, PP and PAN tubs/containers.
Die Cutting Shapes and Sizes
We have more than 375 die cutting tools/shapes available. We use the latest German technology with 6 cavity tooling, punching in excess of 100,000 seals per hour, per line.
Small Order Capacity
Unprinted lids from 12,000pcs with printed designs from 75,000pcs.
Printing Process
UV Flexographic printing up to 9 colours with in-house pre-press facilities.
